Return & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You may want to inform us by email to email@example.com about your return or exchange. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email. We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Defective or wrong item?
We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen! Nevertheless, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please write to us within 10 days of receiving the package so we can rectify it. We will bear the return postage. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a exhange of other variants or full refund to you.
