CNY Ordering & Collection Timeline:
- Last order date for CNY: before 4:00pm on 23 February 2026
- Last collection date: before 12:00pm on 2 March 2026
- Kitchen closure for CNY: 17 & 18 February 2026 (no production or collection)
- Lead Time: All orders must be made at least 7 days in advance before required collection time or delivery date

- Self-collection is encouraged, and the delivery fee will be waived. Please indicate your preferred pickup time when placing your order

- Full payment is required to secure all orders
- No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the collection or delivery date
- No order cancellation is allowed after confirmation for festive items
