How can I view my order after it has been completed?
Information about your order will be available on gift.org.sg approximately 10-15 minutes after your order has been placed. You may log into your gift.org.sg account to view your order.

What payment methods does THESE ABLED PEOPLE accept?
THESE ABLED PEOPLE accepts payments through credit or debit card. (List some types of cards THESE ABLED PEOPLE accepts, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc). You can also create an account with Paypal and use Paypal to process your payments. Other payments mode are COD or cheque payable to THESE ABLED PEOPLE.

How do I know which items are in stock?
Cards and gifts items displayed on the website are in stock. Please note that adding an item to your cart does not automatically reserve the item as another customer can purchase it when you continue shopping.

Will my personal information be kept private?
We assure that all personal information we collect from you will be kept private and confidential. For further information, please click on Privacy Policy.

How secure is my transaction and credit card information?
Our security systems prevents unauthorized access to confidential information whether you are online or offline. Please note that only our third parties providers Paypal could see your credit card details. If you would like more information on Paypal, please visit their website at https://www.paypal.com/.

How will I know if my order has been received?
Once you have placed your order and we have verified your credit card and address details, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we have accepted your order.

When will my credit card be billed?
If you have paid using credit card, your bank will reserve the money and we will take payment from your card once we have approved and prepared your order. If you wish to cancel your order, we will cancel the transaction. You will not need to go through a refund process.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email and you may also check the status of your order (Order Placed, Order Prepared, Order Delivered etc) by logging into your account.

How do I return or exchange my THESE ABLED PEOPLE purchases?
All items must be returned to THESE ABLED PEOPLE in original condition (undamaged and unused) with original packaging and contents. Once your return has been received by THESE ABLED PEOPLE and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please refer to Returns and Refunds Policy for more information. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded and then you can place a new order.

What are the benefits of signing up for a THESE ABLED PEOPLE account?
You will receive holiday specials, attractive accounts and new arrival updates direct to your inbox. The more information we have about you, the better we can personalize your shopping experience.

How can I update my account information and change my password?
Sign in to your gift.org.sg account and click on My Account button. Select which information you would like to update from the drop-down menu. Click on update to make your edit/changes to your account information. Click Save to save your updated information or click Cancel to return to your original information.

I forgot my password, how can I request for a new one?
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forget Password and we will send your password to your email.

How do I refine my selection as I browse?
You can use the more detailed Card and Gift finder located on the left-hand side of the page to refine your selection in terms of your budget, product category, recipient and occasion.

Where can I find a specific product?
You can find a specific product by clicking on “By Products”, where you will get a quick overview and links to New In gifts, cards, e-cards and stationery products. You may also click on the picture links located within the Featured/Bestsellers box on the centre of our homepage to enter our cards, gifts and stationary store.
